COSAC Safe2Site Supervision Training (S2SST)

The RSA have partnered with COSAC to offer Safe2Site Supervision Training (S2SST). This course provided by COSAC, is the only CITB, JIB & ECS approved online SSSTS course alternative.
A supervisory role within construction requires you to have the ability to collaborate with other people and teams on-site, including contractors, employees and employers. Identifying hazards and risk on site is key to ensuring minimisation of accidents or injuries.
S2SST certification demonstrates you have the knowledge and skills to supervise effectively. It shows you’re capable of promoting the health, safety and welfare of everyone on site under your supervision. It also ensures you can comply with all relevant legislation surrounding on-site operations and projects.
The Course
This course is a fully online course which gives you the benefit of learning at your own pace, in your own time. Provided by COSAC, a market leading UK based academy, this course is designed to be easy to access and convenient. You will receive a thorough, highly relevant understanding of the legal framework and associated requirements expected of a supervisory role within construction.
Once successfully completed this course is valid for 5 years.

Who Is It Aimed At?
Course is aimed at those working within the fire sprinkler industry, who are looking to move into a supervisor role or are renewing their qualification. The S2SST course is an industry-leading training course for all on-site supervisors and managers. It is the first step of understanding all the health and safety principles associated with working in a supervisory role on a construction site.
Prerequisites
- Valid photographic ID (a passport or UK/EU driving licence)
- Access to a device that has a stable internet connection, either a smart phone or tablet, computer, laptop, or chrome book with a webcam. The learning materials can be accessed on any device.
- Access to the CITB Construction Site Supervision Publication (GE706 2020) – which can be purchased via us.

This course is 100% online e-learning based course. You will have 24/7 access to a E-portal to complete the course at the times which best suit you.
- Tests are available once you have completed all your modules
- Tests are available anytime 24/7
- S2SST is only available in English and cannot be translated into any other languages
- You are allowed 30 minutes to answer 30 multiple choice questions, including 10 minutes open book
- You need to score 24 out of 30 to pass
- You will receive your preliminary result and % score immediately
- Certificate will be available to download within 48 hours
Certification
On completion you will earn a CITB certificate and be officially recognised as a qualified Site Supervisor. This course is recognised by JIB & ECS.
